Individual Counseling 50–55 minute sessions, primarily in-person. Telehealth available on an as-needed basis to accommodate mobility needs, illness, or other access needs. Ohio clients only.
Therapeutic Approach My practice integrates trauma-informed approaches, critical theory, and a focus on holistic wellness. I draw from Relational-Cultural Theory, Feminist Theory, DBT, Solution-Focused therapy, Gestalt, and Narrative therapy. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, queer-affirming, disability-affirming, and trauma-informed.
Who I Work With
Neurodivergent clients: Autism is the primary focus of my practice, including co-occurring conditions such as ADHD. I also welcome other forms of neurodivergence. A formal diagnosis is not required — I work within a neurodiversity-affirming framework that respects self-identification.
LGBTQIA+ clients: This encompasses transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, bisexual and queer-identified folks, and those exploring their identity. I also work with clients in polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and those in kink and sex-positive communities.
Presenting concerns: Identity development · Depression · Anxiety · Trauma · Life transitions · Relationship structures · Unmasking
